Merry Christmas!

We just returned from Germantown, where we had a fun-filled Christmas with my family. I was there for 10 days because I lucked out and got assigned to a project where the client is headquartered in Memphis. So I actually spent my birthday with my family while Phil was still here in Dallas. Phil flew out on Saturday because he had to work all last week.

My 3-year-old nephew Austin cracked us up the whole time we were there. On Christmas eve, he spent a lot of time playing around while we read from the Bible. Afterward, Steph asked him if he had listened to the Bible verses. He looked up with the most innocent face and carefully enunciated: "I did not." The next morning he got a beautifully decorated sugar cookie wrapped in cellophane in his stocking. It was a Christmas tree cookie. My mom asked him what it was and he replied, "A Twismas twee tookie."

Sadly, I don't have any pictures to post yet... our camera is broken so I am waiting on Steph, Brittany, or Mom to email a few for me to post.

Merry Christmas with love from Courtney, Phil, Ruby, and Dora, and here's to an awesome 2008!!!
